Hi, I'm Arushi 👋
I’m a serial tinkerer trying to build tomorrow’s tech today.
I’m currently studying Computer Science and Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. You can see the classes I’ve taken here. I spend my free time:
Helping build the Berkeley startup ecosystem: Over the last year, I’ve run Berkeley’s Student Entrepreneurship Program, Cal Hacks’s Fellowship Program, and Berkeley’s BEGIN Innovation program. If you want to dive into startups and entrepreneurship, drop me a line!
Teaching the next generation of computer scientists: I’ve taught Berkeley’s Introduction to CS and Data Structures classes. I’ve also founded the Introduction to Full Stack Development student-run course.
Hacking away at ideas: I help run the university’s flagship hackathon at Cal Hacks and foster web-development projects at Web Dev at Berkeley. In whatever downtime I have left, I try to build and re-build tools and technology.
Learning everything I can: I try to read as much as I can in my spare time. Sometimes I give writing a shot too. Give me a book recommendation and you’ll have my friendship for life ♥
You can see what I’ve been up to this semester here. Drop me a line at [email protected]
if you ever want to chat, or grab some time off my calendar here.
